Redemption of points will be restricted in case of delay in payment and / or default on any Credit Card.
Forfeiture
All accumulated Mashreq Vantage points balance will be forfeited if you have not earned or redeemed any Mashreq Vantage points in last twelve (12) months.

Effective September 01 2024, Mashreq Vantage Points’ earning on your Mashreq Al Islami Debit Card transactions will be discontinued. Please note that Mashreq Vantage Points’ balance, if any, already accrued through your debit card as on August 31 2024 will remain unimpacted. You may continue to redeem these points via Mashreq Mobile App or at our partner merchants across the UAE.

Mashreq Vantage is the elevated rewards program from Mashreq, previously known as Salaam Rewards program. Mashreq Vantage rewards customers for their banking activities and card usage. Customers will earn points that can be redeemed instantly via Mashreq Mobile App or at a partner merchant for airmiles, e-commerce gift cards, entertainment and more.
This transition from Salaam Points to Mashreq Vantage does not change how you earn or redeem points. You will continue to accumulate points on eligible banking activities and card usage just as before.
No, your existing Salaam Points will not be affected by the transition. All accumulated points will be carried over to the new Mashreq Vantage Rewards Program without any loss. You can continue to earn and redeem points under the new program name, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for all customers.
To get rewarded with Mashreq Vantage points (previously known as Salaam Points), there is no registration required. If you have a Mashreq Rewards Program eligible product from Mashreq, you automatically earn the Mashreq Vantage points.
Your Mashreq Vantage points will expire (3) years from the date of earning.

You can login to Mashreq Mobile app and go to Mashreq Vantage Rewards Program (previously known as Salaam Points). Then go to “View Mashreq Vantage Summary” to view a statement of your Mashreq Vantage points.
Yes, you can instantly redeem your Mashreq Vantage Points through the Mashreq Mobile App for airmiles, entertainment or gift cards.
Points are not transferrable but can be used to book rewards that benefit family or friends.
Unfortunately, bill payments made via Mashreq Online Banking or Mobile App are not eligible to earn Mashreq Vantage points (previously known as Salaam Points).
